I recently placed an order for posters that should be here this upcoming Wednesday. I'm contacting you about two things. One, your representative Crystal Cochino was very friendly and patient on the phone. She helped me in a courteous manner. Two, I think that for how sophisticated your site is, you should have a system that sends an email to the customer with a tracking number for the order that was placed. I know that the tracking shows up on your site, but it is an inconvenience to log in every time just to check the tracking. Other printers, who's site is not as nice as yours, send an e-mail to their clients with the tracking number. You should probably do the same. I hope this helps. Thanks!
