The Brochures at Digital Room

You can choose from only the quality kind of paper and cover stocks for your brochures at Digital Room. For 500 to 100,000 orders, your materials will be processed using the best offset method. And the digital press will be used for orders less than 500. You can take a peek at the Print-Ready Design Templates if you need a quick fix on the design department. Your materials will be done in full colors. What’s more, you can experiment with the folding and can request for your brochures to be made in custom sizes.

Product Specifications

•    Paper stocks: 100 lb. Gloss Text and 100 lb. Gloss Cover, both with AQ coating and 100 lb. Matte Text, 100 lb. Matte Cover. The Gloss coating will give your materials a slight shiny effect and makes them water resistant. The Matte Coated stocks give a dull satin look to your projects and these are only available for orders 500 and up.
•    Standard sizes: 5.5” x 8.5”, 8.5” x 11”, 8.5” x 14”, 11” x 17”, 11” x 25.375”
•    For Custom Size Offset, the size should be from 4.25” x 5.5” to 18” x 26”, with 0.25” increments
•    For Custom Size Digital, the size should be from 4.25” x 5.5” to 11” x 17”, with 0.25” increments
•    Folding options: Tri-Fold (Letterfold), Z-Fold and Half-fold. For other folding request like the Gate and Accordion, please call 888-888-4211.

Important Notes

•    Turnaround time can be from 1, 2, 4 and 6 Business Days. This will start once the client approves the digital PDF proofs or the screen proofs and have settled all the required balances. After this, the file will be sent to production. The turnaround time is the length of the printing time. The transit time is still going to be added on the duration of the production time. This depends on the state where the client is located.
•    You will get a free PDF proof of your files. The cut-off time for approval of such proof as well as the payment is at 12 noon PST (Pacific Standard Time).
•    There are downloadable templates that you can get from this web site for the standard sizes of brochures that can be used for the different folding options.
•    Allow for Bleed. The background images should have an extra 0.125” on each side.
•    Keep a Safe Margin. Include a 0.137” from the border of your material and take note that all the important texts and graphics are within that safe zone.
