Folder Printing
Digital Room offers quality folder printing services. It comes in the standard size of 9” x 12”. The use of this kind of folder is not limited to business presentation. It can also carry out your corporate identity and can be used to contain your portfolio.
The 14 pt. Gloss Cover stock with AQ coating is used by Digital Room for your folder printing needs. The Aqueous or AQ coating gives a slight shine on your material and it makes it water resistant.
These pocket folders can contain your business cards. For such need, you can choose not to have a card slot, slot on left pocket and slot on right pocket. You can design your folder for the following styles or colors: 4 color front with blank back and 4 color on both sides.
There is a downloadable template for the 9” x 12” pocket folder on the Digital Room’s web site. You can use this as a guide when you are doing your design and layout. You must only remember to allow the background images to bleed. It should extend to the border by an extra 0.125” on every side. And also take note of the safe margin. All the important texts and images on your folders must be within the safe zone and this should be 0.137” from the border of your file.
The turnaround time for folders can be four or seven Business days. So make sure that you contact Digital Room while there is still enough time before your big presentation or the likes. The turnaround time only refers to the duration of the printing process.
You will get a free PDF proof for your document for folder printing that you have to approve before 12 noon PST. If you fail to do so before the cut off time, a day will be added to your turnaround time. On top of the latter, the transit time will still be added to it. This will depend on what state you are from.
