The Postcards at Digital Room

Digital Room’s service does not end with providing you quality full color postcards printing. You can also avail postcard mailing services for a sure fire direct marketing success. The best offset press will be used for 500 to 100,000 orders. While the state of the art digital press will process orders below 500.

Product Specifications

•    Paper stocks: 14 pt. Gloss Cover with AQ coating and 14 pt. Matte Cover. Aqueous or AQ is a type of coating that is water based and non-toxic. This provides a slight shine result on your materials and gives the colors a more vivid effect. The Matte Coated stocks furnish a dull satin look to your cards.
•    Standard sizes: 4.25” x 6”, 5” x 7”, 5.5” x 8.5”, 6” x 9”, 6” x 11”
•    For Custom Size Offset, the size should be from 4.25” x 5.5” to 18” x 26”, with 0.25” increments
•    For Custom Size Digital, the size should be from 4.25” x 5.5” to 11” x 17”, with 0.25” increments
•    Color: 4 color front, blank back; 4 color front, black back; 4 color on both sides

Important Notes

•    Turnaround time can be from 1, 2, 4 and 6 Business Days. This will start once the client approves the digital PDF proofs or the screen proofs and have settled all the required balances. After this, the file will be sent to production. The turnaround time is the length of the printing time. The transit time is still going to be added on the duration of the production time. This depends on the state where the client is located.
•    You will get a free PDF proof of your files. The cut-off time for approval of such proof as well as the payment is at 12 noon PST (Pacific Standard Time).
•    There are downloadable templates that you can get from this web site. The Product Templates are available in the following sizes: 4.25” x 6”, 5” x 7”, 5.5” x 8.5”, 6” x 9” and 6” x 11”. The Mailing Templates are available in the following sizes: 4.25” x 6”, 7” x 5”, 8.5” x 5.5”, 9” x 6” and 11” x 6”
•    Allow for Bleed. The background images should have an extra 0.125” on each side.
•    Keep a Safe Margin. Include a 0.137” from the border of your material and take note that all the important texts and graphics are within that safe zone.

Postcard Mailing Services

After you have your postcards printed, you can have them mailed to your targeted list that you can get from Digital Room. You can also provide your own list. This service includes the following:

•    Drop-off at Local USPS Office
•    The mailing turnaround is from 2 to 3 Business Days plus USPS Transit Time
