For your presentation folders requirements, Digital Room offers the standard size of 9 x 12. The 14 pt. Gloss Cover stock with AQ coating is used for such tool. The Aqueous or AQ coating will give a slight shine on your material and it makes it water resistant.

The important things to note when you do this is that you have to allow the background images to bleed and take note of the safe zone. The background should extend to the border by an extra 0.125” on every side. As for safe margin, all the important texts and images on your folders must be within 0.137 from the border of your file.

After you have uploaded your files at the site, you will get a free PDF proof for your document. You have until 12 noon PST to approve this and settle the necessary balances. If you fail to do so before the cut off time, a day will be added to your turnaround time. On top of the latter, the transit time will still be added to it. This will depend on what state you are from.

The turnaround time for digital folder printing can be four or seven business days. This refers to the duration of the printing process.
