If a design package is not available for the product you want, you can buy a one-on-one design session and have our designers create exactly what you need.

What is a Design Package?Design Packages will save you time and money. Our team will create your design based on a phone interview between yourself and a professional designer. You will see a proof of the final concept, and get one-on-one revision sessions in which you will watch the designer's computer designer screen, live and online, while he or she makes your revisions.

What is a One-on-One Design Session?One-on-One Design Sessions are a revolutionary new service that allows you to watch our designer's computer screen online while he or she creates your design. You will be able to chat with and instruct the designer in real time.. This interactive process saves you time and money, and ultimately ensures that you will get the results you're looking for. It's like having the designer sit next to you.

What is a Revision Session?A Revision Session is a 25 minute session in which you watch our designer's screen online as he or she makes your revisions. You will be able to chat with and instruct the designer about what you want changed in the design. This revolutionary service makes revisions hassle-free, and eliminates the need for back-and-forth emailing.

Do I have to pay for design services upfront, or can I be billed later?We do require payment upfront to begin design services. You may start a design order here, or call to place an order by phone: 888-888-4211.

What kind of files can you accept for my print project?For images, we accept: JPG, PNG, GIF, TIF, EPS, PSD, AI and Adobe PDF. For text documents, we accept: DOC, PPT, RTF, and TXT. For spreadsheets: XLS and CSV.

Can you write text copy for my project?We do not offer copy writing services.

Do you design custom trademarks or logos?At this time, we do not offer trademarks or logo design.

Do you have an image library (stock photos) that I can use for my project?Yes. APrintingPress.com has access to millions of stock images and illustrations. Go to shutterstock.com. Tell us the image numbers you would like to use, and we will download them for you and place them in your design.

How much do stock images cost?Each stock image costs $10.

How many revisions are allowed per project?For our business card design package, one (1) revision session is included in the cost. For all other design packages, two (2) revision sessions are included, unless otherwise noted.

How much will additional revision sessions cost?Each additional revision session costs $25. For revisions that take longer than 25 minutes, there will be an additional charge of $25 per 25 minutes. You also have the option to purchase a one-hour session for $60.

What is the turnaround time to complete a design?Depending on the product package, a design will be completed within one to three business days. Printing will take additional time, depending on the turnaround time you choose for your order.

What if I need multiple versions of the same business card?If you need different versions of the same business card design, we will charge an additional $10 per version. There is a maximum charge of $50 for this service.

How do I start a One-on-One Design Session?To initiate a One-on-One Design Session, you must first purchase a One-Hour Session or 25 minute Revision Session at APrintingPress.com. Once purchased, you will be able to log in to our Job Management Portal. Go to the "My Designs" tab and click the "Launch Live Chat" button. A design team coordinator will then connect you with a designer, or schedule your design session.

Do I have to use online chat during a Design Session or Revision Session, or can I talk with a designer by phone?If you would prefer to talk over the phone with a designer during your session, call 888-888-4211 and you will be connected to your designer.

What do I do if I get disconnected during an online session?If you get disconnected, you must click "Continue" button on the LogMeIn screen (this is the software we use for the session). If you cannot re-connect, close your browser and ask your designer to send you a new session link to resume your project.

Can I leave my session and return to it at a different time?No. If for whatever reason you have to leave during a Designer Session, the designer will continue working on your design based on previous instructions. Once the session is over, the designer will upload a proof for your review. Any future sessions will be billed. Please ensure that you will be free before starting a One-on-One Design Session.

What do I do if my session ends and I need more time?Your designer will inform you 5 minutes prior to the end of your session. If you need more time, you can purchase additional time online, or call to order it over the phone.

Will I receive a proof once my design is complete?Yes. Once your design is complete, a Design Proof will be uploaded to My Designs for your approval. After downloading and reviewing your Design Proof, you may approve the design for printing, or request additional revisions. If you have a new revision session, the designer will upload a new Design Proof at the end of that session.

How do I order prints?Once you have approved your Design Proof, you will be asked to confirm your printing specs and pay for your print order. Once paid, your job will automatically go into production.
