Where do i specify my print quantity, paper stock and turnaround?You will be Prompted to enter such information after you are done with your design and approve your previews.

What type of images can I upload?You can upload JPG, PNG, GIF.

What are the limitations on image sizes?Raster images (JPG, PNG and GIF) must be less that 2880 pixels on any side. Uploading larger graphics may cause errors and is not recommended.

What resolution should my images be?We recommend using 300 dpi images to ensure highest possible print quality.

Can i add my logo to my design?Yes we recommend having your designer export your logo in PNG format. You can also use our live chat feature and one of our pre-press staff can assist on this process.
