What are the requirements for applying for the Trade Program?You have to be a print reseller, print broker or graphic designer.

Any copy of the following: Business Registration/Seller's Permit/Business Tax ID.
Seller's Permit (required for CA Trade applicants).
Resale Certificate (required for CA Trade applicants).

Can I make use of the discounts offered on the DigitalRoom website?We have a one-discount policy wherein approved Trade partners can opt to apply only one discount on any order. You can choose between a marketing promotion discount being offered (if any) or your 10% Trade discount.

How long does it take to process the application?Granted all the documents have been submitted, processing of the application will take 2-3 business days. If you are in a rush, please contact us and we would expedite the process.

How will I know if my application was accepted?All approved applications will be sent a confirmation email with information to help you get started.

Are all my orders non-taxable?Orders that are shipped outside of the State of California are not subject to the California Sales Tax. California-based Trade Partners are required to submit their Seller's Permit and a completed California Resale Certificate so as not to be subjected to the California Sales Tax.

Trade applicants outside of California but will be shipping to California customers will be required to complete this form to avoid being applied the CA sales tax.

Do you offer your Free Review service for trade?All orders that are submitted via our "Get a Free Proof Before You Pay" order option enjoy our Free Proofing service.

What proofing options do you offer?DigitalRoom offers 2 proofing options:

Free PDF Proof - unless waived, we would upload a press-ready PDF proof for your approval before we print your order.
Hard Copy Proof - for when you want your customers to see a physical proof to sign-off on.

Do you do blind shipping to my customers?Yes. You can select the Blind Shipping option for orders you want to ship directly from DigitalRoom to your customers. We use unmarked boxes.

Is my customer list secure?DigitalRoom will not contact Trade Partner customers in any way.

How do I track my orders?Job Order IDs are provided upon successful placement of orders. Trade Partners can log in to their account with DigitalRoom and access their Job Management Portal to keep track of the status of their print orders. Once shipped, a customer is emailed the Tracking Code of the shipment.

Where do I see my wholesale pricing?The discount will reflect on the invoice during checkout and not on the instant price calculator on the website.
